山田企画では、芸術は一見無関係に存在する人と人、人と世界を結びつける媒体として存在すると考えています。その結果生まれる思わぬ視点の広がりや関係性は、社会全体の創造性を向上させ、より良い社会を生み出す活力となると信じています。

　山田企画の主催する事業は、アーティスト、観客、関係者共に各々が所属している文化・環境・価値観を再認識し、再構成していく機会を設けるものを中心としています。異なる価値観を認め合い、変動の激しい現代においても、企画を通して人・社会・環境につながりを生む事業を作り上げていく事を主旨としています。

​2021年：文化庁AAFの助成を得て、滝ヶ原芸術祭を主催

2020年：文化庁文化芸術活動の継続支援事業の助成を得て、多層の星を主催。

2019年：芸術文化振興会の助成を得て、ひととせプロジェクト主催。

2019年：金沢21世紀美術館の共催を得て、密室の風景を、engramと共に主催。

2018年：金沢21世紀美術館の共催を得て、LIRY　Project 01 in KANAZAWAを主催。

 Since 2013, he has been working for the purpose of revitalizing artistic activities in Ishikawa Prefecture, focusing on contemporary dance, nurturing young artists, and creating works with strength that can be transmitted to Japan and the world.
